Days of Operation:  Thursday and Friday, 9am to 3pm, Feb 8 to April 12 

Time: Appointments only.  Time 9:00 am to 4:00 pm 

Tax Year 2023 Model of Operation: IN-PERSON  In this model a tax counselor will conduct an in-take interview with the taxpayer(s) while reviewing the taxpayer's completed intake form and tax documents.  The counselor will then prepare the initial tax return.  A second counselor will independently review the tax return and review the return with the taxpayer(s).  If the taxpayer(s) would like to then have the return submitted, they will authorize Tax-Aide to submit the return to the IRS and will be provided with a copy of the return.   

Taxpayer responsibilities prior to the initial visit: 

At this site, taxpayers should arrive at the site 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to obtain and complete the In-take form prior to their appointment.

Bring the following documents to the initial visit: 

• All necessary Tax Year 2023 tax documents 

• Your 2022 tax return if available.  This is especially important if your taxes were not prepared by Tax-Aide last year.

• Any relevant letters received from the IRS, especially any Personal Identification Number the IRS may have provided due to a previous identify theft situation.

• Picture identification 

• Proof of Social Security number for those who will be listed on the return 

• Routing number and account number for electronic deposits/payment, if desired

• Click here to be routed to the Tax-Aide scheduling site.  Follow the directions to obtain one of the available appointments.  Make sure that you follow all the way through until you reach a box that says "Confirm Information" and that you click it and receive appointment confirmation.  You will receive a confirmation email of your appointment, as well as a reminder email prior to your appointment.  When providing a phone number, provide a mobile number that you can be reached at on your appointment day.
